Corona information

Lankhuijzen Makelaars is committed to adhering to all measures and guidelines of the government and RIVM as carefully as possible in order to limit the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

We remain open in accordance with our normal opening hours and can schedule appointments and viewings as you would expect from us. We do everything we can to be available to our clients: we can schedule appointments for the sale, purchase, rental and appraisals of real estate.

First of all, we take the following general measures into account in all our work:

1. We keep a distance of 1.5 metres at all times
2. We don't shake hands
3. We sneeze and cough in our elbow
4. We wash our hands regularly and our office is cleaned regularly
5. In case of (mild) symptoms we stay at home

We ask you, as a customer, to adhere to these measures when you come into contact or have an appointment with one of our colleagues as well.

Viewings take place on the basis of an individual appointment. Our real estate agents wear a mouth cap, and we urge you to wear one as well. We kindly ask you, in accordance with the RIVM guidelines, to visit the house with a maximum of 2 people and not to touch anything of the seller or landlord. In addition, we ask you to cancel the appointment in time if you, or someone in your immediate environment, shows symptoms of the corona virus.

Furthermore, if work can be done digitally or by telephone, we will also do this in order to limit the number of physical contacts. It is of course still possible to visit our office or schedule an appointment at your home. We would be pleased to make an appointment by telephone.

Together we will look at the most appropriate working method in these strange times. With these measures, we contribute to our social responsibility to keep the housing market going and at the same time focus on safety, for buyers, sellers and our colleagues.
